Ricotta Toast with Three Jams ( Reuplode )

HOW TO MAKE RICOTTA TOAST WITH THREE JAMS:

Once I had my ingredients on hand, I used my mixer to beat the ricotta for about five minutes until it was creamy. I also added a pinch of salt.
If you have a sweet tooth like me, you may be tempted to add sugar. Don’t. I promise you it’s not needed. With the ricotta ready, I toasted the bread. Then I spread the toast with some of the ricotta and topped that with blackberry jam, raspberry jam, and grape jelly.

A while ago my mom told me about a treat that she and her friend enjoy. They spread goat cheese on toast and top it with fresh jam. Being a fan of goat cheese and jam, this sounded so good to me.
Flash forward to a week ago when I spotted a similar idea while scrolling on Instagram: Ricotta Toast with Three Jams. In my subsequent research, I discovered that ricotta toast is actually “a thing” and there are a variety of ways to serve it. Naturally, I had to give it a try

Since this recipe only has three ingredients, you want to make sure you use the best possible ingredients. It will make all the difference.

  • 8 ounces fresh ricotta cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5-6 tablespoons of three different jams
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the ricotta into a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes until the cheese becomes creamy. Add a pinch of salt and mix well to combine.
  2. Toast the sliced bread.
  3. Spread the ricotta on the toasted bread. You'll want about 2 tablespoons per slice depending on the size of your toast. (You will have leftover whipped ricotta. Just put it back in the container and store in the refrigerator.)
